We keep data collection to the strict minimum. This website sets no tracking cookies, uses no advertising and runs no third-party analytics. The only personal data you actively give us is the email address you enter into the "notify me" form — and only if you choose to.

Hosting
This website and its associated services are hosted with our infrastructure providers STRATO (STRATO AG), webtropia (myLoc managed IT AG) and IONOS (IONOS SE), on servers located within the European Union (EU). Each of them processes data on our behalf as a processor under a data processing agreement in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.
When you visit the site, the hosting infrastructure automatically processes technical connection data (server log data) such as your IP address, the requested page, date and time of the request, and the browser and operating system used. This is necessary to deliver the website securely and reliably, and is based on our legitimate interest in a stable, secure service (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). This data is not merged with other data and is stored only for a short period.
The "notify me" form
If you enter your email address to be notified when Passlify launches, we store that address solely to send you that notification. Providing it is voluntary; without it we cannot notify you.
Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR), given when you submit the form. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future: remove your address yourself using the link below, or email us at info@liternum.de and we will delete it.
Your email address is stored in a database on our EU-based server. It is not passed on to any third party, is not used for advertising, and is not used to build a profile of you.
Unsubscribe from the listRecipients and third-country transfers
We do not sell or share your personal data. Data is processed only by us and by our EU-based hosting provider acting on our instructions. No data is transferred to countries outside the EU / EEA.
Retention
We keep your email address until the notification purpose has been fulfilled or until you withdraw your consent, whichever comes first, after which it is deleted. Technical server log data is retained only briefly for security and troubleshooting and then removed.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you (Art. 15), to have it corrected (Art. 16) or erased (Art. 17), to restrict its processing (Art. 18), to data portability (Art. 20), and to object to processing (Art. 21). Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@liternum.de .
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The authority responsible for us is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of Baden-Württemberg (Der Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz und die Informationsfreiheit Baden-Württemberg).
Cookies and analytics
This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies and does not embed any third-party analytics or tracking services. Only technically necessary data required to deliver the pages is processed.
